Mr. Soden has more than 30 years of financial and deal-making experience in the telecommunications and media industries, working with independent telecommunications networks, mobile phone and wireless carriers, and consumer print properties. His skilled representation has led to the completion of over 250 transactions with an aggregate value of more than $3 billion. Mr. Soden has also held executive-level positions at SFP Publishing and Vidal Sassoon S.M. He qualified and competed in the 1988 Summer Olympic cycling trials.

Jesse has over a decade of financial and deal-making experience, completing numerous transactions in the telecommunications industry. Jesse’s experience spans private equity, asset management, as well as allocating capital for a family office with over $1.5 billion in assets under management. Jesse began his career with a hedge fund located in Cape Town, South Africa.

Sandy Koerner provides marketing, industry analysis and due diligence support to Alpina. Sandy has 20 years of design, marketing, and teaching experience in the apparel industry. As a Planning Director at Saks Fifth Avenue she oversaw businesses worth more than $250 million. Sandy also taught at F.I.T., a division of State University of New York. Ms. Koerner has a Masters of Business Administration degree from New York University and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Washington University.

Since joining Alpina in 2019, George has worked on a variety of transactions, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to equity capital raises. George has focused on the wireless infrastructure space working with tower owners, and has participated in the execution of several spectrum asset sales. George received B.S./B.A. degrees in both Finance and Accounting, as well as a minor in Economics, from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business. Prior to joining Alpina, George worked as a fly fishing guide in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and managed a premier fly fishing lodge in Mexico.
